Company History

2008 Our company, established in the Küçük Kaymaklı area of Nicosia in 2008 under the name Işılkan Trading Limited, took its first step into the automotive sector with a battery dealership. In our initial years, our operations included offering auto service, maintenance, and washing services.

2014 - 2017 Between 2014 and 2017, we collaborated with Osmanlızade Otomotiv, playing a significant role in after-sales services as an authorized Mitsubishi service center. During the same period, we became the Northern Cyprus distributor for Valvoline motor oils.

2016 In 2016, we established U & A Parts and Oil Company Limited to transition our growth in the automotive sector into a corporate structure, and in the same year, we began importing spare parts. Initially, we solidified our position in the sector by focusing specifically on spare parts for Mercedes and BMW group vehicles.

2017 Starting from 2017, we took on the Northern Cyprus distributorship for Petronas motor oils and expanded our product range by importing spare parts from Genel Oto.

2018 In 2018, our company gained visibility in the vehicle filter market by securing the Northern Cyprus distributorship for the MotoEC brand. Throughout the subsequent pandemic period, we maintained uninterrupted operations despite all challenges, reinforcing our reliability in the sector.

2022 The year 2022 marked a significant turning point for our company. We proudly created a new brand in Northern Cyprus by manufacturing brake pads and filters under our own brand name, Wagen. Our priority for Wagen branded products has always been quality, and we base our production processes on European Union standards.

2025 We are excited to become an Official Partner of Brembo braking systems in 2025. Also this year, we began offering Petronas Sprinta and Brembo's motorcycle segment to motorcycle enthusiasts. Our company conducts marketing and distribution activities across the whole country, offering both retail and wholesale services.

Today Operating today with one main center and a branch in Nicosia, our company provides robust solutions to the Northern Cyprus automotive sector through collaborations with leading Turkish firms. With our customer satisfaction-focused approach, strong brand portfolio, and years of experience, we continue to be one of the most reliable addresses in the Northern Cyprus automotive sector.
